Kennel Attendants & Groomers

Michelle Figley
Groomer
Michelle has been a part of the Oxford Animal Hospital team for many years. She learned to groom from her mother, Flo, a little over 10 years ago. Michelle loves working with the clients and pets that come into the hospital each day. She is married to Trent and they are the proud parents of a beautiful son named Jake. When Michelle is not at Oxford, she is usually home taking care of her menagerie of animals: two dogs (Chloe and Armani); two cats (Naughty and Shadow); two ferrets (Rutt and Tuk); two horses (Shimmer and Earl); and two birds (Morgan and Mango). She lives on the Missouri side on five acres of land and loves to be outside doing anything.

Dena Gerber
Groomer
Dena started as a kennel employee and moved her way up to kennel supervisor before becoming a groomer at Oxford Animal Hospital. She likes knowing that all pets that come into the hospital are treated with the highest quality care. She is a true cowgirl and wears pink boots and a pink hat - we are waiting for pink chaps. Dena also has an abundance of animals. She shares her home with two Poodles named Macy and Paisley, a Beagle named Jill and a number of cats, fish, goats and horses - even a turtle. Pink is her very favorite color and most everything she owns is some shade of pink. She is always glad to see her furry friends when they come in the door and they are always glad to see her as well. Riding horses, gardening and spending time with her friends and family are some of her favorite pastimes.

Rebecca Cervera
Boarding Director and Customer Service Representative
A member of the staff at Oxford Animal Hospital since 2007, Rebecca is our boarding director as well as a customer service representative. She loves working with the friendly staff and the wonderful pets at the hospital - and playing with puppies is also a nice bonus, too. Rebecca shares her home with two dogs, Austin and Bella, and two cats, Mowgli and KC. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family and also likes taking photos, reading and being outside.

Erin Winter
Kennel Supervisor
Erin has helped care for pet guests at Oxford Animal Hospital since 2002. When Erin started here, she was a customer service representative and then trained in our grooming department. She didn't stop there! Now, as one of our kennel supervisors, Erin's here to make sure all of our campers are having a great time. She loves working with animals and enjoys learning new things each day. Erin's animal companions include a dog named Maizy. When she's not at the hospital, she enjoys fishing and camping, going for walks with Maizy and spending time at the dog park, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Beth Sattler
Kennel Attendant
A kennel attendant at Oxford Animal Hospital since 2008, Beth Sattler loves working with the caring, respectful staff and enjoys meeting all the new pets that come into the boarding kennel. Her own animal companions include four dogs named P.J., Sassy, Buddy, and Daisy, two ferrets and a corn snake. When she's not at work, Beth enjoys camping, going to yard sales and watching movies and going for walks with her son.
Kennel attendant and veterinary assistant Preston Bartlett joined the Oxford Animal Hospital staff in 2006. He loves animals and enjoys working with the caring, friendly staff. When he's not at the hospital, Preston enjoys playing soccer and loves hanging out with his dogs, Koda and Shadow.
