Lynn McCorkendale
Office Manager
Lynn has been with Oxford Animal Hospital since August 2003. Her love for animals began at a very early age, when she rounded up all the neighborhood strays and gave her mom the excuse, "Sorry, they just followed me home!" Later, she began showing and breeding Saint Bernards and that love lasted for more than 10 years. She still misses the show ring!
Lynn has two Chihuahuas: JeeJee, seven pounds, keeps her company when she is "resting" at home, and Mickey, who is a whopping 3.12 ounces! This is quite a difference from her heaviest dog, who was 210 lbs. Her newest addition is a Golden Retriever named Trinity. Lynn also enjoys working in her yard and planting flower gardens and is always making new spots for those "have-to-have" flowers.
Lynn is our "brain" behind the software and technical aspects of our computer system, since she spent her days working for our software company prior to her start at Oxford Animal Hospital. When you visit us, you may notice Lynn walking around talking to herself - but don't worry, she wears a cordless headset! She is proud to work at an innovative, high-tech hospital. Most of all, she enjoys being part of the caring, compassionate staff, which is incomparable to any other hospital she's seen in the 20-plus years she has worked in the animal care field.
Kasey Benedict
Customer Service Director
Kasey has been with Oxford Animal Hospital since 1999. Even though she is mostly at the front desk, she can also serve as one of our nurses. If you have a question, ask Kasey and she will know the answer! Kasey has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Brigham Young University. Prior to working at Oxford, she stayed home and cared for her "two-legged" animals - two boys and two girls.
Kasey is proud of the high quality of care offered at the hospital and enjoys the frequent opportunities for client education that are part of working at the hospital. She has a passion for all animals - but give her a Pug and she's a puddle. At home, Kasey cares for three Pugs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, making floral arrangements, antiquing and serving in her church and community.
Angela Rabin
Customer Service Representative
Angela has assisted clients and their pets at Oxford Animal Hospital since 2006. She loves pets and truly enjoys working with all the people and pets that come into the hospital. Her animal companions include a dog named Goose; two cats, Little Man and Riggs; and lots of fish. The most recent addition to her family is a Mantle Great Dane puppy named Dove. She can be found doing yard work, fixing up her house and hanging out with friends and family in her spare time.
Rebecca Cervera
Boarding Director and Customer Service Representative
Rebecca loves working with the friendly staff and the wonderful pets at the hospital. Playing with puppies is also a nice bonus, too! Rebecca shares her home with her dog, Austin, two cats, Mowgli and KC. she enjoys jogging and long walks with the newest member of the family 'Charlie'.
